Return and Refund Policy

At Alldaybabyus, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes the felt product you receive may not be exactly what you expected, especially for handmade products such as wool needle felting. Therefore, we offer a convenient return and refund policy to ensure that you have a pleasant shopping experience.

30-Day Return and Refund Window:

We will gladly accept returns of unused, unworn, undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 business days of receipt of order.

Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure that:

  • The item(s) are in their original condition, free from any signs of wear, stains, alterations, or damage.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and included with the returned item(s).
  • You have the original proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Our Customer Support: Please email our customer support team at service@alldaybabyus.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Briefly state the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our customer support team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return, including the return shipping address.  
  3. Package Your Items Securely: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. Please note that unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund.   

 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 7 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.  
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges:

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, please return the original item using the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at service@alldaybabyus.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) to expedite the process.
