Free Shipping:

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders placed within the following regions:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Shipping Destinations:

Currently, we offer shipping to addresses within the United States and the United Arab Emirates. We are continuously evaluating our shipping capabilities and may expand to other regions in the future. Any updates to our shipping destinations will be communicated on our website.

Total Delivery Timeframe:

The estimated total delivery time for your order is typically between 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that this timeframe includes both order processing and transit time.

Order Processing Time:

Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to prepare it for shipment. The order processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.  

 

Shipping Cut-Off Time:

Our order cut-off time is 05:00 PM EST for US and UAE orders, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers:

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. The specific carrier used for your order may vary depending on the destination and the size/weight of your package.  

 

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Alldaybabyus is not liable for delays beyond our direct control. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. Esseina is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
